Your NHS Online Community is a digital space where you can share your views and opinions about your local NHS services.
NHS Northumberland Clinical Commissioning Group and Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust have come together to launch this online community to improve how we reach out to our communities and involve patients in our decision making.
By taking part in discussions, polls and surveys, you can provide anonymous feedback on a range of topics which will be used to help shape local NHS services in the region. As a member you are also able to post your own discussions and actively engage with others and discuss topics that are most important to you.

The Healthwatch Northumberland Annual Survey is now live and is a chance to share your experiences of the health and social care services you have used over the last 12 months.
As the independent champion for people in Northumberland who use NHS and social care services, people’s views and experiences help Healthwatch Northumberland help professionals understand key local issues and how well services are working for our communities.
With services working to bounce back from the COVID-19 pandemic, hearing people’s views has never been more important and can play a crucial role to help identify and address issues that affect the quality of people’s care.
