GP online services

Sign up to GP online services and you’ll be able to use a website or app to:

  • book or cancel appointments online with a GP or nurse
  • order repeat prescriptions online
  • view parts of your GP record, including information about medication, allergies, vaccinations, previous illnesses and test results
  • view clinical correspondence such as hospital discharge summaries, outpatient appointment letters and referral letters For more details please see link:

Text Messaging Service

The practice has recently introduced a Text Messaging Service. If you would like to sign up to use this service, please contact reception or click on link to print consent form and hand it in at reception. It is vital that you keep your mobile number up to date on our system.

Useful information can be shared via text eg.
• Reminders of forthcoming appointments
• Requests for patients to make an appointment for example: immunisations, routine reviews, blood test
• Notifications of ‘missed’ appointments (DNA’s)
• Notifications of ‘normal’ test results
